1. Introduction

LittleBot helps businesses manage their sales teams by tracking field presence, enabling GPS-based live tracking, and monitoring customer engagement through calls. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we protect it.

2. Data We Collect

Location Data

LittleBot collects location data to enable GPS Live Tracking for sales team management and distance calculation, even when the app is closed or not in use. This includes:

  • GPS data (foreground and background)
  • Used to confirm presence at customer/project sites
  • Used to calculate travel distances for sales team reporting
  • Used to enable live location monitoring by authorized managers

Call Log Data

We collect Call Log information to synchronize customer interactions and sales history with the CRM platform. This includes:

  • Phone numbers (incoming/outgoing)
  • Contact names (from device contacts)
  • Call duration
  • Timestamps
  • Call status (incoming, outgoing, missed)

We store this data for history reference, CRM synchronization, and engagement tracking. We do not record or store call audio/content.

Other Data

  • Name, email, phone number (if provided)
  • Device and usage data
  • Crash logs and performance data

3. Purpose

  • Enable GPS Live Tracking for sales team management
  • Calculate travel distances for field sales reporting
  • Verify presence at customer/project sites
  • Synchronize customer interactions and sales history with the CRM platform
  • Enable customer calling from the app
  • Track call effort and engagement
  • Maintain accurate business records
  • Improve trust and service experience

4. Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share location or call log data with third parties.

5. User Control

  • GPS tracking can be disabled in device settings
  • Call Log permission can be revoked anytime
  • Permissions are requested only when needed

6. Security

  • Encryption in transit (SSL/TLS)
  • Secure storage systems
  • Access controls

7. Retention & Deletion

Data is retained only as long as necessary for app functionality. Users may request deletion at any time by contacting privacy@littlebot.in.

8. Prominent Disclosure

Before requesting permissions, LittleBot shows an in-app disclosure:

  • GPS location data is collected in the background and foreground — even when the app is closed or not in use — to enable Live Tracking for sales team management and distance calculation
  • Call Log data (numbers, names, duration, status) is collected to synchronize customer interactions and sales history with the CRM platform
  • No call audio is recorded
  • Data is not shared with third parties

9. Compliance

LittleBot requests only permissions necessary for core functionality. Background location is declared in Play Console and used strictly for GPS Live Tracking, sales team management, and distance calculation. Call Log permission is used strictly for CRM synchronization, customer calling, and engagement tracking.
